Gov. Granholm’s office announced on Wednesday that three Michigan National Guard bases will receive a total of $7.85 million out of the federal stimulus package. The money will be used for infrastructure projects to modernize facilities in Lansing, Grayling and Augusta, including water, sewage, electrical systems and roads.
