On April 10 Robert Mitchell, a 16 year-old Detroit resident with asthma died after running from and being shocked by Warren police.
According to the News, Mitchell’s family and the Detroit Coalition Against Police Brutality plan to meet with the Warren City Council and argue against Taser use by its police force.
