Researchers in Europe announced they have found a new strain of HIV, the virus that causes AIDS, in a woman from Cameroon. The new virus, researchers say, appears to have originated in gorillas, unlike the other three subtypes of the virus which are believed to have evolved in chimpanzees, the BBC is reporting.
