McManus pushes to end ‘no fault’ divorce

Sen. Michelle McManus (R-Lake Leelanau) has introduced legislation to end no fault divorces in the state of Michigan. The legislation would mean that divorce would only be granted in cases of abuse or mistreatment, which family law experts say will mean more false allegations of abuse and more pain for all involved.
