U.S. Rep. Dave Camp, a Republican from Midland, came out swinging on Tuesday charging that the federal stimulus has been a failure, and a plan by Democrats to address the health care crisis in the United States will result in lost coverage for Americans.

In a conference call with reporters, the ranking Republican on the House Ways and Means Committee accused President Obama of changing his appearance in Warren today from a town hall meeting to a speech because he wanted to avoid questions.
