State health authorities have determined a third Michigan resident has Eastern Equine Encephalitis. The mosquito born illness has been plaguing horses in southwest Michigan since earlier this summer. There, speakers were treated to litany of issues seen in other Tea Party gatherings across the state — claims of socialism, demanding free markets, out of control spending, reports the Press.
