Michigan man dies in police custody after being tasered

A 30-year-old man East Grand Rapids Police officials say was arrested for assaulting officers has died in police custody. In order to subdue the man, police say they had to taser him. The Grand Rapids Press reports the tasering incident has not been officially tied to the man’s death.
