President-elect Barack Obama has named Nancy Sutley to run the Council on Environmental Quality for his administration. Sutley will come to the post from Los Angeles where she currently is serving as deputy mayor. The CEQ is responsible for coordinating national environmental policy with administration agencies and the White House.
