As expected, Judge David Groner said no to diverting Kwame Kilpatrick from prison to a boot camp program that would have cut his prison time from 1 1/2 – 5 years to a mere 90 days, telling the Michigan Department of Corrections that he will not agree to allow Kilpatrick into the program.
