The National Transportation Safety Board has announced its inspection team investigating the oil pipeline rupture in Calhoun county have returned to Washington D.C. MARSHALL — Enbridge Energy can add another agency to the growing list of entities investigating the more than one million gallon oil spill into the Talmadge Creek and Kalamazoo River. DETROIT — Some Board of Education members want a state investigation into how much the city owes the district in delinquent property taxes because the reported amount of debt has been inconsistent. The board’s finance committee voted for the investigation and the rest of the board will make the final decision on Thursday.
