The Republican National Committee struck a deal with the Michigan Republican Party to sidestep federal funding limits, the Daily Caller reported on Wednesday . Under the deal, MI-GOP would raise money — nearly $500,000 — for the RNC, and in turn the RNC would hand that money back to Michigan’s party.
