U.S. House passes unemployment extension bill

The U.S. House of Representatives on Tuesday passed H.R. 3548, a bill co-sponsored by Michigan Reps. Gary Peters, Sander Levin, John Dingell, Dale Kildee and Candice Miller to extend unemployment benefits in certain high unemployment states for an additional 13 weeks.
