Christine Beatty, ex-chief of staff to former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick, accepted a plea deal in court this morning that will have her plead guilty to two felonies, serve 120 days in jail, pay $100,000 in restitution fines, and spend five years on probation.
