Judge says Scott recall can proceed

By Todd A. Heywood | 09.12.11 | 12:32 pm

The recall election of state Rep. Paul Scott (R-Grand Blanc) is on track to hit the November ballot after a Genessee County judge on Monday ruled against the lawmaker.

Scott is the first state legislator since 2008 to face a recall election, reports the Associated Press.
