Did you feel it? You should have been feeling the slowly building warning tremors for more than 6 years now. This past couple of weeks have seen some very large tremors, mirroring the shaking underneath the financial industry back in March this year when Bear Stearns collapsed.

But this financial “earthquake” is entirely man-made, forced by an unprecedented level of uncertainty in the market. There are many who’ve said this is the biggest crisis since the Great Depression of the 1930′s; some have been warning for quite awhile that this was coming.

Whatever you hear today, know that this is completely uncharted territory we are entering. There is naked fear on Wall Street, too.

More on this later today; keep in mind as you hear soothing platitudes today from a number of different political and economic leaders that they have absolutely no idea what they are talking about.

Frankly, nobody does.
