Michael Moore’s ‘Slacker Uprising’ Ann Arbor World Premiere

People lined up all afternoon on Tuesday this week for 1,700 free seats in Ann Arbor at the premiere of Michael Moore’s latest film, “Slacker Uprising.” The free showing was presented as a gift to the mostly young audience from Michigan native Moore.

The documentary’s national release date is this Tuesday, September 23, but it’s is available for viewing only at select theaters at no charge, or by signing up to download a free copy of the film on the film’s Web site.

The movie will be the first-ever major, feature-length documentary released for free on the Internet.
