The is a travesty….While these selfish pigs go on their lavish Fourth of July vacations the unemployed worry how to feed their families, keep a roof over their head and not kill themselves. What a sad day in US history. I was hardcore republican for 30 years. Rest assured I will do everything I can to make sure that no republicans win in November. I have a feeling I'm not the only one. I hope all the Senators have fantastic 4th! Not to mention a week off from a job which they do nothing….

So Sad. The extensions were put into place when we were at 7% in the past 50 years & didn't stop UNTIL we were at 5% unemployment…they were ALWAYS considered an emergency. The Republicans are for the banks & the war, they make plenty of money off of their interest groups that are on them to keep pumping money & cutting taxes for the wealthy. Screw the little guy is their motto…but that has NEVER worked in the entire history of the world…and in America? Well we left England and England thought we were just a little group on nobody's who were poor & frankly, rubbish. Look how that turned out. If the GOP thinks Americans (right & left wing) are stupid, they have another thing coming….They want it paid for? What about the wars & bailing out the banks? And aren't the BANKS supposed to pay INTEREST on their HUGE loans? We always pay interest, way too much interest! Dammit I am so sick and tired of these clowns. They need ONE vote & not one person stands up & says “let's get these people on their feet” NOT ONE. Unemployed people are not losers, the job loss is due to the horrible deregulation and housing bubble caused by greedy banks & greedy Washington. WE WANT OUR MONEY!!! That's right…TAXPAYER MONEY BELONGS TO THE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!
