		<description>just for your info &#039;chicagoharbormaster&#039;,they arent 50 feet long. they can grow to 10 feet and the Deadliest Catch show the drop cages baited with raw fish and pick them up days or weeks later. we need to close locks to prevent them from getting into the great lakes. if we dont close them instead of losing a few million dollars the entire great lake states could lose BILLIONS of doallars that they spent on tourisim and fishing. we cant wait to pass laws and vote on every thing, if we dont act immediatley everything could be destroyed. the economy of theses states. someone make the right decison and act now b4 its to late.</description>

		<description>Great Article!  I think there are two parties to blame here.  The federal agencies who have clearly dropped the ball and the fish.  How is it that on the Deadliest Catch they can find crab at the bottom of the bering sea in the middle of winter at night but these guys can&#039;t find 50 foot asian carp in a confined river in the daylight to kill or catch?  The locks should remain open and the feds need to find a less invasive tool to kill the fish.</description>
