ACLU Hosting Viewing of “Rendition”

The ACLU of Michigan will be hosting a special viewing of Rendition, a new movie about the US government transporting suspects to nations that perform torture in order to extract information from them, at the Kalamazoo 10 movie theater in Kalamazoo on Tuesday, October 30th.

The event costs $10 and will begin at 6:30 with an ACLU update on their campaign to end torture and restore habeas corpus, with the movie beginning at 7 pm. Goodrich theaters is hosting the showings with the proceeds going to the ACLU. The Kalamazoo 10 theaters are located at 820 Maple Hill Road.
