Resist the Republican brainwash. This highly organized band of power hungry Village Idiots are destroying the very country and State they grew up in. Lying Republicans pillaged our country for personal gain, ill advised wars racking up MASSIVE DEBTS for our children, abusive taxing, intimidating citizens who fall behind, perpetually killing our economy and environment, off-shoring essential jobs, poisoning us with State-sponsored pesticide abuses, injecting hazardous wastes into underground wells, rendering waters unsafe to drink and fish unsafe to eat, STILL IMPORTING CANADIAN WASTE for dumping here. Republicans AG Cox and SOS “Taliban Terri” Land in lockstep with Granholm have destroyed tourism with their POLICE STATE tactics. You see their excessive cop buildup terrorizing and abusing motorists nearly every time you drive somewhere jailing thousands every year for very minor things, gave Consumers Power monopoly over our electric bills (a death sentence for folks who fall behind in bills). But mostly it is Republicans outrageous and perpetual abuses of human rights and lack of moral values that bothers me most.

The bigger scandal is how Attorney General Cox CONTINUES to cover-up State Police abusive misconduct of motorists and police car evidence cropping / tampering as in the case involving Trooper Servia in Alpena County, Oct 2008. The poor accused first-time-offender motorist on a fall color tour asked to be given a Breathalyzer the moment he was pulled over and again before being jailed, but the Cop refused his repeated requests. Instead Servia and 7 other brutes force him down on a hospital operating table and take his blood (only to find blood alcohol only 0.12, well below Michigan’s traditional 0.15 limit). For 3 days motorist was held in pissed up clothes, denied proper sanitation, Sheriff videotaped every use of the public toilet, and cut off / denied vital blood pressure medicine (triggering another hospital emergency). He was initially charged with 3 year Felony resisting an officer charge, but that was reduced in exchange for OUIL plea and his becoming the FIRST MEDICAL MARIJUANA PATIENT CONVICTED IN MICHIGAN (for the whopping 0.02 ounces of marijuana dust found in vehicle during MSP’s warrantless search) His drivers license is being revoked for over two years + massive fines + sentenced to 19 days jail + a year and a half probation presumably to assure victim stays quiet until Cox, Land and Granholm are out of office (victim cannot leave the state, entertain business colleagues, or even enjoy a beer AT HOME for two and a half years as a result of Servia's falsified police report, perjured affidavit and testimony, unable to drive to work and care for his family). Sound extreme? Over 700 people have been terrorized by these human rights abusing blood takings in Alpena County alone. WELCOME TO THE NEW MICHIGAN PRISON ECONOMY – NEXT??? These Republicans with their family phony values and Zero Tolerance policies imposed upon good citizens and tourists alike (aka Ye Olde Puritan Intolerance) should resign from office IF they are NOT going to enforce laws governing their own candidates malfeasance. All the while, Republican 'new rules of governance” are destroying tourism, our economy and Michigan's quality of life. Given the extreme official misconduct by Trooper Randy Servia, Secretary of State Terri Land, Alpena Prosecutor Black and Alpena Judges, why hasn't Mr. Cox at least appointed a Grand Jury to investigate such outlandish and intolerable abuses? These Cox scandals not only set bad legal precedent on how far motorists human rights can be violated, it makes people not want to vacation or operate a business in Michigan. Wonder why Republicans are against term limits?

“…said Cox should not drop out of the race…” of course not. Our nation really needs more of what first got us into this mess, more conservative “enlightened ability to govern”. Give me a break, more obstructionist, party of “no” mentality.
