		<description>Bottom line here, you can&#039;t single out, profile, and/or target a group of people to go after for a crime and THEN entrap them in order to make an arrest, all to get an old busybody from the Police Commission &quot;off our backs.&quot;  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;How much did this sting cost the taxpayers?  And for what!!  Two lousy arrests and the infringement of one if not two person&#039;s civil rights and liberties.  What is the cost of the lawsuit going to be that the city is going to have to dole out?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Finally, what is wrong with putting a policy in place to prevent something like this from happening again?</description>
