This is another example of the screaming hypocrisy of these kinds of artificial institutions, who are constantly trying to destroy the constitutional structures that they operate under and demand that they and their allies are always the exceptions to the rules. I find it interesting that this entity that shares an umbrella with the Thomas Moore Law Center (TMLC), a group that has filed many legally lightweight or questionable documents - from the Dover PA creationist school board, to Terri Shiavo. Other than 1st Amendment cases, TMLC has cost their clients legal standing, moral standing, and money.<br> It will be interesting to see if Ave Maria will turn to TMLC for its defense.
