Ave Maria&#039;s demand to be accepted as an accredited school while not meeting the standards required of accredited schools is par for the course of Monaghan&#039;s fanatical religious crusade.</description>

I find it interesting that this entity that shares an umbrella with the Thomas Moore Law Center (TMLC), a group that has filed many legally lightweight or questionable documents - from the Dover PA creationist school board, to Terri Shiavo. Other than 1st Amendment cases, TMLC has cost their clients legal standing, moral standing, and money.&lt;br&gt;     It will be interesting to see if Ave Maria will turn to TMLC for its defense.</description>
