		<description>Seems fair and reasonable to me, all groups are required to adhere to the specifics of the event in an attempt to have a festival enjoyable to all in attendance. I&#039;m glad the Federal Judge upheld the rights of the majority and not the rights of a select group of people. That is democracy at work in my opinion.</description>
