What about the evidence?

"A state trooper, Eric Byerly, testified that he seized Bukowski’s camera and erased photos. "

By clicking "delete" on the camera? Then those photos are 100% recoverable by a computer expert.

Won't those photos, along with a review by a photographic expert, pinpoint where Burkowski was standing? Where she was moving shot on shot?

Why haven't those photos been undeleted and entered as evidence?

What about this pool of blood?

Does Burkowski admit to standing in a pool of blood, or is she just saying that she was in it but the area was not roped off?

What about the bloody evidence? Is there a picture of this pool of blood? Is there one with Burkowski standing in it?

Were Burkoski's clothes seized when she was arrested? Did the intake notes indicate that her shoes had blood on them? Did the police car in which she was riding have blood in it? Did it need to be cleaned? Are those same shoes in police custody or her custody still? Can't those shoes be presented as evidence?

I don't understand why the bloody evidence and Burkowski's undeleted photographs were not examined and entered into evidence.
