We lost our right to vote in the primary because MI Democrats claimed we needed to have our voices heard. So now we've got the Obama Car Czar asking us what we need to get Michiganders through the economic slaughter that is happening to this state, and where are the voices and the message?

Is someone telling the Car Czar that MI needs:

    * Obama to renegotiate NAFTA and the rest of the bad trade deals that are screwing over the real economy and American workers?

    * universal healthcare so all US companies can be more competitive. And since they were the ones who gave away all of our jobs and left us unemployed and broke, they can give us all single payer and pay for it.

    * contracts to build green cars and buses to be put into use in our cities and state governments.
    * contracts to rebuild the war toys you boys have destroyed in two of the longest wars in recent history.

Someone needs to tell the Car Czar that Wall Street is killing Main Street and Obama has to decide what side he is on. Financial services is an industry, not an economy.

Everything Howard Dean said about the Democratic Party in 04 is still true.
