		<description>About spreading the message for safer schools, I think they would only be allowed in schools in which they were invited to.  A law would wake up the rest of 10%.  I am also beginning to doubt triangle after seeing this watered down dry oats of a version of bullying bill, I wonder if their lobbyist is trying to take the easy way out.  Don&#039;t chew on the bone, when you can have the meat!  Battle on.</description>
