		<description>&lt;strong&gt;Domestic animals and Rabies&lt;/strong&gt; Actually the most likely domestic animal to get rabies is a cat. Then cows and horses-- not dogs. Yet there is no mandate to vaccinate these animals for rabies, only dogs. Hell the counties could easily cover costs by forcing rabies vaccines for other domestic animals and license them. But the feline lobby won&#039;t let it happen.</description>

She said people would be shocked if they know how many dogs they have to turn away because they are not&#160; vaccinated.&lt;/br&gt;</description>
