		<description>&lt;strong&gt;air pollution&lt;/strong&gt; An interesting stat that Commissioner Lindemann shared with me was that the lilypads and arrowhead plants in the areas evaporated 10,000 gallons of water a day, through the process of photosynthesis. That much evaporation certainly adds to capturing particle pollution and bringing it down to the earth, to be caught in the ponds.</description>
